Key Responsibilities Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission Sesotec equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, both in office and remotely, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper operation and maintenance of Sesotec equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer communications.
Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Travel: Travel to customer locations as required, primarily within Ontario, with occasional travel outside the province.
Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Experience: Experience preferred but not necessary. We're actively recruiting recent graduates in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or Robotics. If you have the drive to learn, we have the knowledge and skills to share.
Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Competitive salary starting range of $55,000+ annually (based on experience) plus Overtime.
