Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will craft clear, comprehensive, and engaging documentation that supports our products, services, and internal processes. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between complex technical information and user-friendly content, ensuring our stakeholders have the resources they need to succeed.

As a Technical Writer, you will be required to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. This role works closely with various departments to translate technical concepts into accessible content.

Responsibilities

- Create documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including standard operating procedures, user manuals and proposals) ensuring that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate




- Collaborate with technologists, engineers, managers, and others stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy
- Conduct research and analysis on current technologies and products to provide accurate and relevant content
- Implement user feedback to improve documentation and user experience.

Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as English, Communications, Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong writing and communication skills are essential to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation that is clear and concise.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and gather accurate information from various sources.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information to create coherent documentation.
- Ensure all technical details are correct and consistent.
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and writing styles.
- Meticulously proofreading to eliminate errors.
