Xcite Tech is a Canadian medical aesthetics company providing advanced devices and high-performance skincare solutions to medical aesthetics-focused businesses across the country.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team and hiring a Territory Manager for Atlantic Canada.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on growing adoption of the Xcite Tech Skin Science and device portfolio within clinics. You will work directly with dermatologists, nurses, and medical aesthetics professionals to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and expand your territory.

This role works cross-functionally with all internal teams and is responsible for executing territory strategy, growing existing accounts, and consistently generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop long-term partnerships with existing accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing consistent, professional, and attentive support
- Lead regular, structured meetings with clinics to assess their business needs, identify growth opportunities, and present new products, devices, and services to integrate into their offerings
- Drive account performance through proactive engagement, strategic conversations, and rigorous follow-up




- Maintain a robust presence with accounts through ongoing communication and in-person visits

Business Growth

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Support the expansion of product and device adoption across the territory
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives
- Participate actively in the execution of the regional growth strategy

Product Expertise and Collaboration

- Develop a deep understanding of the Skin Science and device portfolio and support clinics in integrating products and technologies into their services
- Collaborate with members of other territory teams to foster growth, performance, and overall account success

Qualifications and Experience

- 3+ years of experience in sales within medical aesthetics, a clinical setting, or a related field
- Proven success in account management and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating individual accountability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
