Job Summary

This position involves leading / 90% hands on role in software testing using tools like Jira and Python. The Test Lead will be responsible for the testing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the team to deliver accurate and efficient testing outcomes. Must perform hands on design and execution (manual and automated)

Key Responsibilities

Must perform hands on requirement analysis, test design, execution and defect tracking in agile environment (in healthcare domain expertise along with EPIC Testing).

Participate & work in agile environment, attend daily standup meetings,

Perform automation execution/ new scripting, maintain automation scripts, interface directly with customer stakeholders.

Prepare and review test artifacts with business stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
2.



Experience in using jira for test case management and defect tracking.
3. Solid programming skills in python for test automation.
4. Ability to lead a team and coordinate testing activities effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
6. Analytical mindset to identify issues and propose solutions.
7. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance principles.

Other Requirements 1.Relevant certifications in software testing or Python programming are a plus.
