ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES;:

Provide Sales Consultants with up-to-date product information; Provideexpert sales and negotiation support to all Sales Consultants; Assistjunior sales staff with negotiation,



closing of deals; Setand manage the achievement of monthly team and individual sales targets; Providecoaching and mentoring to the sales team; Assistin measuring the activities of each Sales Consultant to assure that theirmarketing activities will produce intended sales production; Assistin determining staffing requirements and participate in hiring of staff; Assistwith vehicle inventory management; Continuousmanager follow up in CRM; Monitoringincoming leads; Ensureoutbound activity being done by Sales Consultants; Assistin planning and implementing sales-incentive programs; Addresscustomer inquiries and complaints; Encouragethe development of lasting client-dealership relationships; Encouragea high level of extended warranty and other protection and accessoryplans; Liaisewith finance, service and other departments to help facilitate sales; Createand maintain a high level of morale and enthusiasm for Recent Roads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC products; Performother duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Valid OMVIC license is required; Excellent leadership skills; The ability to work independentlyand as a part of a team; Strong organizational skills; Exceptional verbal communication andpresentation skills; Self-motivated and confident, with anengaging level of enthusiasm; Possessa valid G Driver’s License and good driving record
