In this critical position, the Property Portfolio Coordinator ensures operational excellence within Specsavers’ national property function. You'll leverage your expertise in commercial real estate to manage financial integrity, coordinate lease compliance, and govern property activities across our expanding Canadian locations.

Your role directly impacts lease management and operational growth at Specsavers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy in property payment processes and governance
- Track and report on lease critical dates and renewals
- Approve Rental Advice Notices for alignment with lease terms




- Manage Certificate of Insurance processes for recent openings
- Support financial reporting and risk assessment activities

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate administration
- Detailed understanding of lease agreements and compliance requirements
- Collaborative experience with Finance and Legal teams
- A background in commercial real estate preferred
- Relevant post-secondary education in business or real estate
