Class 1A Truck Driver – Northern Mine Runs

Ghost Transportation Services is looking for an experienced Class 1A Truck Driver for regular runs from Saskatoon to mine sites in Northern Saskatchewan.

This position is suited to a dependable, safety-focused driver who is comfortable with remote locations, winter driving and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

· Haul freight between Saskatoon and northern mine sites.

· Complete pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections.

· Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation.

· Follow dispatch instructions, mine-site procedures and safety requirements.

· Secure freight properly and report delays or equipment concerns.

· Keep the assigned truck clean and in positive operating condition.

Requirements

· Valid Saskatchewan Class 1A driver’s licence.

· Minimum two years of Class 1 driving experience preferred.

· Clean or acceptable commercial driver’s abstract.

· Strong winter and highway driving skills.





· Northern Saskatchewan or mine-site experience is an asset.

· Flat deck experience required.

· Super B experience is an asset.

· Ability to use an electronic logging device.

· Willingness to work variable hours and be away from home when required.

· Ability to meet drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
