TSYS Deployment Lead – Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management Required Skills & Responsibilities

Deployment Planning & Execution

- Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions from TSYS to TSYS.
- Own the integrated deployment plan, including:
- Workstream runbooks
- Dependencies
- Cutover activities
- Readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams

Conversion & Cutover Management
- Coordinate all pre-conversion activities.
- Lead:
- Mock conversions
- Dress rehearsals
- Production cutover execution
- Coordinate production product launch activities, including:
- Pilot rollout
- Customer rollout

Platform & Workstream Coordination
- Manage workplace collisions across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
- Oversee delivery of new product features introduced on the target platform.
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Deployment Governance & Reporting
- Drive deployment governance throughout product launch and conversion workstreams.
- Manage deployment risks and mitigation activities.
- Provide executive reporting and implementation status updates through production delivery.
