- Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
- Skills needed –
- •Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO
- •Must have skills –
- oDB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
- oFamiliar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
- oInterpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
- oAbility to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated
