What You'll DoLead From the Front

- Work alongside your team in retail locations, engaging customers and generating qualified appointments
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and lead-generation targets
- Demonstrate professionalism, energy, and a customer-first approach every day

Inspire & Develop Your Team
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales representatives
- Provide real-time feedback, support, and performance coaching throughout each shift
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
- Foster a positive, accountable,



and results-oriented team culture

Manage Partner Relationships
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned retail and service partners
- Build strong, professional relationships with partner representatives
- Monitor lead quality, customer experience, and sales performance
- Communicate regularly with leadership and partners regarding results, opportunities, and operational needs

What We're Looking For We're seeking a proven sales professional with leadership experience who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing or supervising a sales or customer-facing team (required)
- Proven success in retail, direct, or face-to-face sales
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-based environment
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
