About Us:

Cloud Logistics Inc. is an established eCommerce company focused on home goods, furniture, and various consumer products. We are looking for an experienced Order Picker to support the daily operations of our recent 250,000 sq.ft. warehouse.

Order Picker Responsibilities Include:

- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists and assigned pick batches.
- Verify product IDs, quantities, and picking locations to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are in good condition before staging or shipping.
- Scan, label, check, and organize products according to customer and company requirements.
- Prepare products for shipment, including over-packing, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, stacking, and staging in designated lanes as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.
- Perform product put-away accurately and in accordance with Cloud Logistics Canada Inc. procedures and designated storage locations.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized picking, staging, and work areas.
- Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, safety concerns, or other issues to management or the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety requirements.




- Support other warehouse operations and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
- Able to safely lift, carry, push, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Able to perform physically demanding warehouse duties on a regular basis throughout the shift.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to follow workplace health and safety procedures and perform duties using safe work practices.
- English communication skills are required; Mandarin language ability is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour
