Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and team performance while serving as the warehouse's ERP/WMS champion. Duties

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and material handling.
- Plan and prioritize workloads to ensure customer delivery requirements are met on time.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and transportation arrangements to support efficient logistics operations.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately completed in the ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, coach, and support warehouse employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance, and Maintenance to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities

Qualifications





- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing workplace.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, order pickers, and other heavy machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, and inventory control software.
- Experience in shipping & receiving operations along with knowledge of packaging standards.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; construction or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce safety protocols effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, load & unload processes, and documentation accuracy.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
