Window Cleaning Crew — Start at $20/hr, Grow Into Running Your Own Crew

What you'll do

- Clean residential and commercial windows to a high standard
- Work outdoors as part of a small, tight crew (max 3 people)
- Treat every customer and their property with care
- Physically demanding work. You'll be lifting, carrying gear, and on your feet all day

The path

- Start at $20/hr through a 90-day paid trial
- Pass the trial and move up to $22–24/hr, plus commission on add-on services you sell on the job
- Earn your way to Lead Hand: $26–28/hr, plus a share of the recurring accounts you run
- End-of-season bonus for Crew Members and Lead Hands who finish strong

The details





- Part-Time to Full time seasonal work, 20-40 hours per week, typically 8am to 5pm or 6pm, three to five days a week
- No work in severe weather
- Tools and gear provided. You provide your own transportation to job sites
- Weekly pay by e-transfer/direct deposit for the previous week's work
- WSIB coverage included
- Off-season: EI available, with optional Christmas lights work for those interested

Who we're looking for

- Shows up on time, every time
- Takes pride in doing a job right
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 60–70 lbs
- Valid driver's licence is a plus
- Wants to grow, not just fill a shift
