We are looking to connect with an experienced Workday Data Architect for contract work. This role involves senior-level ownership of data strategy, conversion planning, and data governance across a complex Workday program. If you have a track record of leading data architecture on enterprise HCM implementations, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

- Define and own the data architecture strategy across a Workday program
- Lead data discovery, profiling, and gap analysis across legacy source systems
- Design and govern the data conversion approach including extraction, transformation, and loading
- Oversee data warehouse architecture and rationalization of integration data flows
- Establish data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes
- Provide hands-on guidance to conversion analysts and technical resources
- Produce and maintain data architecture documentation and lineage maps

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of enterprise data architecture experience, including at least one large ERP or HCM implementation
- Experience leading data conversion on a Workday implementation across multiple modules
- Strong understanding of data warehouse design and integration patterns




- Proficiency in data modelling, data quality management, and legacy system analysis
- Experience with Oracle or SQL-based middleware for data transformation is an asset
