- Experience leading supporting and configuring Workday implementations.

- Deep knowledge of Workday’s data structure, business processes, security model, and configuration options across in-scope Workday modules.

- Exceptional ability to translate complex business objectives into system requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to find proactive solutions to critical issues.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders

- Should have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.

- Proven experience with Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance is a huge plus.

- Extensive experience in multi-entity environments.

- Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.

- Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
