Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Working Shift Lead to help run floor operations!

This is a great prospect for an organized, reliable team player looking to take the next step in their leadership career. You won't be sitting behind a desk—you will be on the floor leading by example alongside our team. Whether it’s coordinating birthday parties, supporting the cafe, ensuring equipment safety, or jumping in to keep the facility clean and tidy, you are the primary operational leader during your shift.

What You’ll Do

- Lead from the Floor: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with party coaches, cafe staff, and front desk team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Own the Shift: Serve as the main decision-maker when management is off-site, ensuring safety standards, party timelines, and guest satisfaction are always met.
- Problem Solve on the Fly: Handle guest inquiries, floor escalations, and minor staff questions calmly and professionally.
- Maintain Facility Excellence: Lead daily opening/closing routines, basic register tasks,



and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the shift (play structures, party rooms, cafe areas, and washrooms).

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months to 1 year of shift lead, keyholder, camp counselor, lead party host, or supervisory experience in fast-paced customer service, recreation, daycare, or hospitality environments.
- "Player-Coach" Mentality: A great attitude—willing to jump into any task, big or small, to support the team.
- Composure Under Pressure: Able to stay positive, prioritize tasks, and keep energy high during busy weekend rushes.
- Availability: Must be available to work peak hours, including weekends and evenings.
- First Aid / CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
