Duties

- Plan and execute age-appropriate soccer practices that emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Lead engaging game sessions, ensuring all participants are involved and motivated
- Teach basic soccer techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning
- Promote safety protocols during all activities to prevent injuries and ensure a secure environment
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging respect, collaboration, and fair play among players
- Assess player progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, upcoming events,



and program expectations

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in teaching or coaching youth sports, preferably soccer or similar team activities
- Robust knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to motivate children and engage with parents effectively
- Ability to lead energetic sessions that keep children active, focused, and excited about learning
- Basic swimming skills are a plus for outdoor or water-related activities during summer programs
- Passion for working with children and fostering their athletic growth in a fun, inclusive environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to creating a positive experience for all participants
