Join our passionate team at Wood’s Homes as a Youth and Family Counsellor focused on mental health. This position in our Lighthouse program involves working directly with children, youth, and families in a structured setting. The Youth and Family Counsellor is a key position serving children, youth, and families, operating on a rotational shift basis.

Responsible for implementing personal and social development, this counselor engages in therapeutic responsibilities such as case management and intervention strategies. You will contribute to the upkeep of the program space while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Foster personal and social development in clients
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions




- Attend case conferences and educational meetings
- Maintain program living space and hygiene
- Assist with meal prep and transportation tasks Requirements:
- Diploma/undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years related experience required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Class 5 driver’s license and personal transportation
