What You’ll Do • Breakfast line cooking — eggs, griddle items, and plated breakfasts • Pan‑frying skills — confident egg flipping an asset • Commercial equipment use — griddle, fryer, oven • Knife work — prep and portioning • Food safety — maintain sanitation and cleanliness • Rush‑period execution — accuracy and urgency What We’re Looking For • At least 6–12 months experience in a kitchen (breakfast experience preferred but not required) • Able to keep pace during busy periods • Reliable, positive,
