Experience in row crop farming. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Welding and mechanical repair experience. Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement. Responsibilities Lead and assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting row crops. Operate tractors, combines, sprayers, seeders, and other farm equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs. Complete general farm and field work as required. Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation pivot systems.



Supervise and support farm workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Follow all farm safety procedures and maintain accurate records as required.
