Job Overview

We are seeking a team of highly skilled and experienced professional spray brush roller painters to join our dynamic construction and restoration projects. These specialists will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services using spray, brush, and roller techniques across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, and rollers with precision and efficiency across various surfaces and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute painting plans accurately
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and carpentry skills to facilitate surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform restoration work by matching colors, repairing damaged surfaces, and applying caulking for seamless finishes




- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met consistently

Qualifications

- Proven construction experience with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects
- Skilled in spray painting techniques using spray guns as well as brush and roller applications
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of restoration processes including caulking, surface prep, and color matching
- Familiarity with rigging, carpentry, hand tools, power tools, and schematics relevant to painting tasks
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in industrial or commercial painting projects is a plus
