Position Summary

Gestion Immobilière R&R; is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Lead Expert to join our Leasing Department. The Lead Expert is responsible for ensuring that every prospective tenant receives a fast, professional, and exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through appointment booking and follow-up.

This position plays a key role in maximizing lead conversion, maintaining response-time standards, and ensuring no opportunities are missed.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

- Respond promptly to all incoming leads from phone calls, emails, website inquiries, Facebook, Instagram, Google, SMS, and other marketing platforms.
- Qualify prospective tenants and identify their housing needs and find them the perfect place.
- Post ads and update listings
- Schedule apartment visits with the appropriate leasing agents and follow up.
- Maintain an average response time of under 2 minutes whenever possible.
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up until leased or closed or signs lease.

Customer Service

- Deliver professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service at all times in both French and english.
- Answer questions regarding available apartments, pricing, amenities, and rental requirements.
- Resolve basic customer concerns before escalating when necessary.

CRM & Administration

- Update CRM, and internal systems with complete and accurate information.
- Record all communications, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Verify that all lead information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain organized records and ensure no leads are left unattended.

Team Support





- Coordinate with leasing agents regarding appointments and availability, lock box codes , visits etc .
- Reassign leads when required to ensure prompt service.
- Assist with daily reporting and lead tracking.
- Identify workflow improvements and communicate opportunities to management.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, leasing, sales, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in french and english.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/French)

Schedule Options Shift A – Evening Lead Expert

Monday to Friday

- 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift B – Weekend Lead Expert

Saturday & Sunday

- 9:00 AM – 12
- 2:00pm to 9:00 PM
