Jordans, a leading Western Canadian flooring and home interiors company with over 97 years of industry success, is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate for our Victoria , B.C location. As a Sales Associate, you will help customers choose flooring products such as carpet, hardwood, vinyl plank, area rugs, and more. You’ll use your sales skills and product knowledge to guide customers through their projects, provide accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional in-store service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working in a retail environment, and being part of a supportive, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to maximize personal and store sales
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products tailored to their needs
- Provide accurate in-home estimates and help determine required product quantities
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all flooring categories
- Support store merchandising and maintain a clean, organized showroom




- Communicate professionally and positively with customers and team members

Requirements

- 1 year of retail sales experience minimum
- 1 year of customer service experience minimum
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Flooring industry experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Drivers Licence
- Own car
