About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President - Corporate Technology to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise technology strategy. This executive will be a key partner to the Chief Technology Officer and will have a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing business technology, enterprise architecture, PMO & transformation, and infrastructure & security operations.

The successful candidate will be tasked with executing a multi-year technology roadmap, building a high-performing global technology organization, and establishing governance frameworks that ensure effective and predictable execution. Additionally, the role involves leading the strategy and evolution of enterprise business applications, data platforms, and analytics capabilities, as well as managing cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure,



and digital workplace services.

Applicants for the SVP - Corporate Technology position at the company should have a proven track record in leading enterprise transformation and post-merger integration initiatives. The role requires experience in managing global teams and supporting multi-territory operations, with a strong emphasis on exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
While not mandatory, experience in private-equity-backed or acquisitive organizations, as well as with specific technologies such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and various collaboration and data platforms, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at vendor, financial, and operational management, and will be expected to deliver measurable business value through technology investments.

Success in the role will be measured by the ability to complete a comprehensive technology assessment, launch and manage critical technology programs, and build a scalable, high-performing technology organization within the first 18 months.
