Our client, a well-established and growing professional consulting organization, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead their accounting function and serve as a key business partner to leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative finance professional who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with team leadership and process improvement.

The successful candidate will bring robust technical accounting expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and experience managing accounting operations within a complex, multi-entity environment.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a team-oriented and high-performing culture.
- Oversee the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes,



ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple legal entities.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.
