We're looking for an Account Manager I to join our Retail Team. The role of the Account Manager I is to develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for his named accounts. In this role you will build relationships and develop programs with the objective to optimize revenue and profitability of our retail prepaid programs.

Our Account Management team is comprised of high performing individuals working as a team to achieve a common goal
Account Subject Matter Expert responsible for business planning and execution

Proactively identify opportunities and call out potential risks or threats to the business

Work in partnership with other internal departments and accounts to launch recent products, develop marketing plans and ensure all project timelines and initiatives are achieved
Understand InComm technological roadmap and work closely with the accounts' key decision makers to roll it out, including Category Managers, Buyers, Field Operations, IT/POS teams, Loss Prevention, Billing & Accounting, Procurement, etc.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of merchant accounts
Conduct internal/client facing Quarterly Business Reviews and future planning

Experience within managing retail accounts, background in CPG or prepaid/gift card industry is a bonus
~ Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue through activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends
~ Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and Power Point

~Superior relationship management skills including ability to engage in strategic conversations with all levels of management

~ Some travel required – 10‐15%.
