A senior home care provider in Halifax is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their care team. In this role, you will deliver quality nursing care focusing on assessment, health education, and chronic health condition management. Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing wounds, supervising LPNs, and collaborating with the care team to maintain patient care plans.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a community setting.
