Operations & Logistics Intern — Trade Space (Calgary)
Trade Space is Canada's first co-warehousing company — 250+ businesses run their operations out of our three Calgary locations. That means our interns don't shadow one company; they touch dozens.
We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to work alongside our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E; (furniture, fixtures & equipment) projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations.
What you'll do
- Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across multiple client accounts
- Support FF&E; fulfillment and organization projects
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
- Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes
- Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate
What you'll learn
- End-to-end logistics in a live, multi-client warehouse — not a simulation
- Real fulfillment platforms, courier systems,
and inventory software
- How to prioritize and problem-solve when deadlines are real
Who you are
- Studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn by doing
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical warehouse work
- A clear communicator who can juggle a few things at once
