Search Savvy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor that has been building Ottawa's infrastructure for more than 25 years. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Water & Sewer Foreman to lead underground infrastructure crews on municipal and subdivision projects throughout Ottawa's east end.

What You'll Do
- Lead watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation crews
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, inspectors and subcontractors
- Read and interpret construction drawings, grades and specifications
- Maintain quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule
- Foster a positive, safety-first culture on site
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in water and sewer construction
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
- Strong understanding of underground servicing and municipal infrastructure
- Ability to read construction drawings and grades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solid commitment to safety and quality
- Valid driver's licence
