Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. Our outstanding supply network, efficient distribution, and modern processing plant are part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Production Supervisor for our Richmond, BC location. The role involves overseeing workflow and personnel, coaching, resolving issues, and supporting staff and management.

Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (flexibility required)

Salary: $58,000-63,000/year plus quarterly performance bonus

Responsibilities include:

- Tracking and reporting production metrics
- Measuring and controlling yields
- Collaborating on product development and costing
- Managing productivity, labor, and overtime




- Improving production processes
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF, and safety regulations
- Training staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing HR procedures
- Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in produce industry or production facility (asset)
- Leadership experience (asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail, motivation, teamwork, communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve moderate problems
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
