Looking to join a dynamic team? We've got just what you're looking for! Join the Prelco team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for owning the customer relationship, ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.
They coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs, drive account growth, and proactively resolve issues to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long term loyalty. If you have a strong foundation in manufacturing environments and bring strong B2B account Management expertise, you might be the ideal candidate.
HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage key customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Understand customer needs, operational challenges, industry trends, programs, and future opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop account plans, customer roadmaps, and RFQ strategies
Coordinate timely, accurate quotations and support go/no-go opportunity assessments.
Advocate for customer needs and drive resolution of issues, quality concerns, and escalations.
Monitor project milestones, risks, delays, and changes that may impact the customer relationship and customer satisfaction
Lead customer business reviews and communicate performance, improvement initiatives, and growth opportunities
Support pricing, forecasting, contract negotiations, and margin protection in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, opportunities, and customer insights.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Qualification & Experience: Diploma or University Degree, with 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, transportation, engineered products, OEM, or Tier-1 customer environments.
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and cross functional teams
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and customer account management in manufacturing environment
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in office, production, and customer-facing environments as required.

Interest: Passion for building strong, long-term, value-added customer partnerships
Asset: Experience with global customers, contract manufacturing, quality system; bilingual in English and French

The Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, with compensation based on successful candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
