Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our multi-year automation program in the energy sector.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Program Manager and will be focused on leading project planning, execution, and delivery within a comprehensive digital transformation program with a 2-3 year timeline. You will manage stakeholder expectations and risks while collaborating with KZen Edge data teams and project managers and mentoring a Project Coordinator who supports your delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for scope, schedule, budget, and quality deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies within program governance
- Own stakeholder management across IT, Operations, Engineering, and client leadership teams
- Manage project risks and issues with timely escalation and resolution
- Interface with client SMEs and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solution delivery
- Collaborate with KZen Edge data team and Project Managers to ensure integrated delivery
- Guide and mentor Project Coordinator supporting project execution and documentation
- Track and report project progress, risks,



and financial performance to Program Manager
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers to execution

Qualifications & Skills

- 7+ years project management experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
- PMP certification or equivalent PMI credentials required
- Proven track record managing complex IT/OT integration or data initiatives within program structures
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Share Point, and Visio
- Exceptional stakeholder management and risk management capabilities
- Robust communication and mentorship skills across all organizational levels
- Financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience in oil and gas or energy infrastructure is highly desirable
