We're currently hiring a *full-time* *Sales Representative* to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves customer interaction, enjoys sales, and wants to build a long-term career with a company known for excellence, teamwork, and advancement.

*What You'll Do*

- Schedule appointments for estimates and actively follow up on inbound leads
- Develop sales opportunities and confidently close sales
- Build strong rapport with customers via phone, email, and web chat
- Make outbound calls to generate and develop new leads
- Learn our full range of services to confidently answer customer questions
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and service options
- Accurately document customer interactions using company software
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For





- Experience in electrical and or solar work is preferred
- Previous sales experience (2 years preferred)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills with fast and accurate typing
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
