Join Cone Tec as an HR Operations Partner on a contract basis, ensuring smooth delivery of core HR functions during a vital period. Collaborate with the VP, HR, to enhance process efficiency and support key initiatives.

This role requires operational expertise and a hands-on approach to maintain HR functions during parental leave coverage. You will contribute to vital HR activities, ensuring accuracy in operations, compliance, and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate will help execute HR projects, balance day-to-day tasks, and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain core HR operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support execution of HR initiatives like compensation and benefits rollout
- Act as escalation point for HR operational queries




- Track project timelines and coordinate inputs for HR projects
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure process continuity

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Progressive HR experience in operations and project delivery
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in quick-paced environments
