Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in React, Next.js, and Jamstack architecture, along with experience working on large-scale government or banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate technical system specifications into fully functional, tested applications

- Develop detailed programming specifications and write clean, scalable code

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and application maintenance

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment activities

- Support implementation, migration, and system enhancements

- Provide post-implementation support and documentation

Must-Have Skills

- 2–5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer

- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Jamstack

- Experience working on large-scale government or banking applications

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)





- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools

- Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban/Scrum)

- Knowledge of AODA accessibility standards

Technical Skills

- Frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design collaboration

- Experience with DevOps tools, pipelines, and task boards

- Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models

- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills

Requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience with OPS / Public Sector projects

- Experience with middleware, APIs, and integration layers

- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies

- Experience conducting design walkthroughs and code reviews

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
