Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Vendor Manager III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 Months

Pay Rate: Starting from $38 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Organize, influence and manage a portfolio of contracts supporting all aspects of the negotiation of the contract
- Provide subject matter expertise in the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and execution of Contracts, primarily IT Contracts
- Act as an interface between Sourcing, Legal, external vendors and the Business Lines, interfacing at all levels within the organization including Senior Management

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Post Secondary Degree
- 5 to 7 Years of Vendor Management Experience
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, in particular in the area of IT Contracts
- Strong broad-based understanding of IT
- Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative and can work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with proven time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



comfortable and confident communicating at all levels including business partners, Executives and Vendors
- Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Office suite of products
- Sourcing coupled with Contract Management Experience
