Overview

Medcan is seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our high‑performing Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation team. The role is an Independent Contractor position that requires a 2‑3 half‑day commitment with the potential to grow to full days as patient volume increases.

What You’ll Do

- Provide evidence‑based musculoskeletal conservative care.
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical care practices and professionalism.
- Integrate Chiropractic services into an existing collaborative practice workplace.
- Work alongside physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals and other physiotherapists.
- Emphasize inter‑professional collaborations through effective communication and coordinated treatment plans.

What You’ll Need

- Physiotherapy degree.
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.




- Significant experience with varied orthopedic and sports injuries (asset).
- Minimum two years’ experience.
- Additional physiotherapy‐related qualifications are an asset.
- Superior organization and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Pay Range: $70‑$150 per hour. Remuneration depends on number of days worked, patient volume and candidate experience and qualification.

- York Mills – 4120 Yonge Street
- Markham – 600 Cochrane Drive
