The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.What You'll DoAs a Product Management Director, you'll be the owner of a critical part of the Fortnite developer economy. You will define strategy, guide execution, and ensure that monetization systems are balanced, scalable, policy-aligned, and empowering for creators.In this role, you willOwn the strategy and roadmap for a portion of Fortnite's developer economy, with a focus on direct monetization products that balance creator value, player trust, and platform sustainabilityLead cross-functional development of monetization systems, working closely with Programming and Design to translate strategy into scalable, reliable productsPartner deeply with Policy, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure monetization products are compliant, transparent, and aligned with Epic's principles and ecosystem governanceDefine and track key success metrics and economic health indicators, and utilize data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to inform prioritization and iterationGuide go-to-market and change management for monetization capabilities,
