Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and facilitate all clinical consults efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive records of clinical activities
• Participate in clinical and team meetings
• Assist in data monitoring and resolution efforts




• Engage in staff training and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in First Nations health or social services
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities, oral and written
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs and technology
