Job Description

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, APIs, and third-party integrations to ensure high-quality releases.
- Design and execute test cases, manage defects, and maintain testing documentation throughout the SDLC/STLC lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to resolve issues and support delivery.
- Require 7+ years of Salesforce Quality Engineering experience with solid API testing, test management, defect tracking, and communication skills.
