This role focuses on aligning acquisition, performance management, and leadership development with organizational objectives and creating a pipeline of future leaders. Your role will help to integrate AI within talent practices to optimize processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years in Talent or Organizational Development
