About theRole /Key Accountabilities:

- Reporting to theManager,Credit&/Collectionsand willbe responsible forcontacting customers to manage collections (receivables)
- Responsible for account reconciliation and resolving payment discrepancies
- Communicating with customers and internal departments using all methods of communication
- Performing clerical duties as needed
- Managing all levels of client relations specific to collections and general inquiries, and overall credit management
- With the use of various software, manage customer database andmonitorall account activities, including investigating payment discrepancies
- Enforce prompt action on overdue accounts and engage inappropriate meansof collection activities
- Coordinate payment information updates and customer account changes as assigned
- Other relevant duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

- 3-5years’workexperienceinCollectionsrequired
- Post secondary education in a related fieldan asset
- Experience within the transportation/ supply chainindustryan asset




- Experience withand with Great Plains and TMW softwarean asset
- Pursuit of a CCP designation an asset
