Responsibilities

- Own finance business partnership with VPs and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans.
- Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite.
- Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision‑making across the organisation, providing guidance to business partners and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial plans.
- Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability.
- Manage the P&L; for the business by analysing the financial and operating results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimization efforts.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to help drive more accurate forecasting and planning.
- Support other FP&A; leaders to develop long‑term strategies.
- Support and/or develop a network of cross‑functional contacts within the business to anticipate and plan for changes to revenue‑generation strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years in progressive financial analysis experience.
- Expert knowledge in Excel is a must.
- Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting results of a P&L.;
- Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership.
- Experience working in consulting or accounting – preferred.
- Experience managing teams.




- Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English to interact with all levels of management; as a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
