McElhanney, a 100% employee‑owned engineering firm with over 1,400 staff across 31 locations, seeks an Intermediate/Senior Civil Project Manager / Project Engineer specializing in Land Development in Victoria, BC.You will function as the Engineer of Record and Project Manager, collaborating within a dynamic Land Development team and leveraging share‑holding opportunities in a privately held organization with a strong reputation in engineering, surveying, and support services.ResponsibilitiesLead detailed design and production of land development project infrastructure, such as roads, utilities, and drainage systems.Coordinate, produce and seal detailed design drawings, calculations, reports, construction cost estimates, tender documents and contracts.Strategically plan land use and development projects.Chair regular project meetings with clients and internal staff.Develop new business and establish strategic relationships with key clients, agencies and partners.Coordinate with other team members and monitor project progress to ensure schedules, budgets and quality control standards are achieved.Provide leadership in safety and quality management practices.Prepare and submit superior proposals.Generate invoices for clients and track against agreed client budgets.Manage multidisciplinary teams,
