A minimum of 13 years of highway design experience, complemented by strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities, is essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead thorough design processes for highways and bridges
• Mentor engineering staff, providing technical oversight




• Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes throughout projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 13+ years of progressive highway design experience
• Strong knowledge of MTO regulations
