Desjardins is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for the Rapid Application Development Centre’s HR Service Delivery initiatives. This role focuses on aligning business needs with IT guidelines, ensuring scalable, sustainable solution design, and guiding delivery teams across projects.

The candidate should bring 8+ years as a solutions architect with at least 5 years in ServiceNow, CTA certification, and fluency in French. Experience with HR-related ServiceNow modules is essential.
