Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support and scale our Salesforce ecosystem across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, and guide the adoption of strategic Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex code, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in Salesforce applications. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high‑quality and efficient Salesforce implementations. Advanced Salesforce Platform Expertise

Setting up the Enterprise Org Hub. Implementing Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation. Developing Agentforce AI use cases on the enterprise hub org. Integrating Salesforce with external applications and platforms. Defining guardrails and establishing a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) with governance. Assessing current Salesforce orgs and devising a strategy for optimization. Skill Requirements





Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation. Robust experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows. Hands‑on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders effectively. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Platform). Hands‑on experience with declarative configuration. Expertise in enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201). Salesforce Business Analyst. Platform App Builder. Data Cloud Consultant (highly desirable). Experience with Agile/Scrum. Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Kafka, Boomi. Key Competencies
