Senior Sales Director – Retail and Consumer Goods Business Development Manager Location: Toronto, Canada Job Details Requisition ID: BR Company: ITL Canada Role: Senior Sales Director (Retail and CGP Practice) with a focus on hunting and implementing proactive New Business Development activities for the consumer space. Responsibilities Identify and close new deals in the consumer space. Be the face of Infosys to the market and help position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor. Leverage Infosys ecosystem to develop solutions that address client business problems. Lead development of platform solutions for CPG, Retail, and Ecommerce enterprises. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; consider 3 years progressive experience in place of education. 9+ years sales experience in the services industry. Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience. 5–7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services. Track record of building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations. Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications History of achieving/over‑achieving sales targets. Experience in S/W contract negotiations.



Experience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysis. Ability to develop ground‑breaking solutions within abstract environments. Well networked within IT services, retail, and CPG verticals.
