TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop recent products and bring them to market.Additional information can be found at Inspection SupervisorDepartment : QualityShift: Afternoon Shift (with responsibility for Night Shift oversight)Reports To: Quality Manager / Senior Quality SupervisorLocation: Toronto SitePosition SummaryWe are currently seeking a Final Inspection Supervisor – Afternoon Shift to lead and support Final Inspection operations during the afternoon shift while maintaining supervisory accountability for the night shift team. This role is responsible for ensuring inspection accuracy, quality compliance, staffing coverage, and performance management across both shifts to support consistent product quality and on-time shipment.The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid understanding of final inspection processes within a manufacturing environment and the ability to effectively manage teams working across different shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervisory & People LeadershipProvide direct supervision to Final Inspection employees on the afternoon shift and maintain functional oversight of the night shift teamEnsure consistent application of quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures across both shiftsSupport scheduling, staffing coverage, training, and cross-training to ensure operational continuityCoach, mentor, and develop employees, including performance feedback,



corrective action, and annual reviewsAct as the primary point of escalation for inspection-related issues occurring on the night shiftOperational & Quality OversightOversee daily final inspection activities to ensure finished product meets quality and customer requirementsReview inspection results, reject reports, final counts, and documentation for accuracy and completenessEnsure discrepancies, defects, and quality trends are identified, investigated, and escalated appropriatelyPartner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to support throughput and on-time deliveryCompliance, Safety & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to all safety rules, quality procedures, and Controlled Goods Program (CGP) requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready inspection area across assigned shiftsSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to inspection findingsParticipate in audits and quality reviews as requiredQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in PCB inspection or quality-related manufacturing rolesPrevious supervisory or lead experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of final inspection processes, defect identification, and quality documentationProven ability to manage employees across multiple shiftsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsBasic computer proficiency for reporting and documentationEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPost-secondary education in Quality, Manufacturing,
