We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced SOC, loves solving complex security incidents, and enjoys mentoring others while driving continuous improvement. You'll lead high-priority investigations, strengthen our detection capabilities, and help shape how we protect our customers every day.

What You'll Do

- Lead investigations into complex security incidents across endpoint, network, cloud, identity and email environments.
- Own high-severity incidents from detection through to resolution.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point, mentoring analysts and sharing expertise.
- Hunt for emerging threats and enhance detection rules, playbooks, automation and SOC processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering,



Threat Intelligence and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding security outcomes.
- Communicate technical findings clearly through high-quality reports and customer engagement.
- Drive automation, operational improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.

What You'll Bring

- 6+ years' experience in Cyber Security, including extensive SOC or Incident Response experience.
- Robust hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, identity and email security technologies.
- Experience managing the full incident response lifecycle.
- Experience developing security automation, detection logic, playbooks and SOC processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with experience mentoring technical teams.
